Mindful Movement through Grief- A Workshop For Yoga Teachers with Tiffany Haddad

This workshop will help yoga teacher trainees/teachers to identify ways of working with the grief process to help future students/clients. We will use the tradition and the art of yoga to meet grief in an interactive spiritual and physical way using breath, gentle movement through yoga postures, and guided meditation. Mindful Movement Through Grief is a program designed for those who have lost someone by death or are mourning an experience in which loss occurred. Grief can manifest in a variety of ways, including anxiety, depression, physical tension, tightness in the chest, or having the feeling of “not catching one’s breath”.
