Earth Day Yoga To Benefit Chesapeake Bay Foundation

On Earth Day, come practice some yoga, enjoy some tasty snacks and connect with your yoga community- all to benefit the Chesapeake Bay Foundation!  Kristen and Courtney will guide you through a 75 minute all levels yoga class.  We will begin our practice with a warming vinyasa flow followed by a restful Yoga Nidra practice.  Afterwards, hang around for some refreshments (including Erin’s homemade Kombucha!) and enjoy the company of your fellow yogis.  Let’s use our practice and our strength as a community to serve and nurture our planet.  We are asking for a minimum $20 donation and all funds will go directly to the Chesapeake Bay Foundation.  Please pre-register to reserve your spot!
